January 1, 2007 SMYRNA, Tenn. – Attendees at the recent Wild Game Dinner had the opportunity to win a guided trip to the lake of their choice. The winner, Charlie Blackwood of Nashville, chose well in selecting a winter trip on Percy Priest. Scott Brummett decided the trip would be spent on the upper end of J. Percy Priest Lake fishing bluff banks with jigs and shaky-head worms. Charlie enticed a 3lb smallmouth on his second cast and the trip resulted in 15 largemouth and smallmouth bass. Scott will be one of many accomplished anglers that will be attending the Back 40 fishing tournament this Spring at famed Lake Guntersville.
